Run npx shadcn@latest add @aceternity/stats-with-number-ticker in your terminal. Before installing, add the Aceternity Pro registry to your components.json and set your API token as the ACETERNITY_PRO_TOKEN environment variable. The CLI automatically installs all required dependencies including Tailwind CSS plugins and Framer Motion.

Each stat card includes an AnimatedNumber component that counts from zero to the target value. The animation triggers when the card enters the viewport using Framer Motion's useInView hook.

The counting uses spring physics via useSpring with configurable mass, stiffness, and damping. Numbers are formatted with locale-aware separators (e.g., 25,724 instead of 25724).

Cards animate in with staggered delays (0.1s per card) including blur-to-clear and vertical motion effects. The layout uses a four-column responsive grid.

Works well for impressive metric displays, fundraising pages, company dashboards, or anywhere counting animations add impact to statistics.
