Refunds Policy

No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds for Aceternity UI Pro purchases. Your purchase gives you immediate access to source code that cannot be returned.

Downloads, Code Copies, and MCP Access

You are not eligible for a refund if you download any template, copy any component code, or use an MCP tool, AI agent, CLI, or other method to transfer any Aceternity UI code into your project or device. This applies whether you copy one component or the full library. Because the source code remains available to you after it is copied or downloaded, it cannot be returned. By purchasing and accessing the product, you agree to this policy.
